On our way north, we stopped at Miss Larrimore's Straw Market. Diane tried on several hats and finally selected one.

A little further north was Dickies Road. It led over to the Atlantic Ocean side of the island. Along the way we passed by several "blue" holes and a very interesting cave.

This is the entrance to the cave. There was a very small non-descript sign by the side of the road saying only "Cave". After a short 20ft walk you came to the entrance.

We go inside and discover a man-made wall across part of the cave. The early settlers built the wall all the way across with a small door and window. The cave was used for protection from marauding pirates and hurricanes. (By the way, that's the hat Diane bought from Miss Larrimore)

This has got to be one of the smallest police stations we've ever seen!

Across the town square from the police station is this very nice stone church in Arthurstown.
