Double Bay Photos

Double Bay is just a short walk south along the beach from the house. You won't find many people along the beach as you go. It makes for a real nice morning or evening walk.

Below are two photos along the beach, the first looking northward and the second looking southward. Sorry they are poor quality but they were scanned from film. As is typical in Eleuthera, you can see that the beach is just mobbed with people. :-)

As you can see looking south, the beach ends at a rocky wall that extends out into the ocean. There's a very old wreck off the beach. You can see some of the masts or poles sticking out of the water from the beach. There's very little left under the water. The snorkeling off the beach wasn't too bad.
